Production rhythm

From prompt strategy to profitable delivery

The programme track is designed around real production rhythm. You move from prompt strategy and AI workflow control into scope writing, quality assurance, and profitability planning for client services.

Every node includes practical assignments, feedback checkpoints, and revision exercises that mirror working conditions in Canadian markets. Fees appear in Canadian dollars on every node page for transparency, and formats can be adapted for teams.

Participants build reusable templates for intake, drafting, delivery review, and proposal language, making it easier to transform technical capability into dependable monthly output.

Cluster A skills include tool comparison, prompt calibration, and workflow orchestration. Cluster B topics include quote design, retention models, and expectation management across stakeholder groups.

Six training nodes

Enrol in individual nodes or follow the complete path. Each module includes live facilitation, assessed assignments, and portfolio-ready artefacts.

Node 01

Core Profit AI Skills for Paid Work

C$629–C$879

Launch your first paid-AI operating rhythm with coached drills that combine ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude across briefs, revisions, and handoff notes. Vancouver learners practise prompt architecture, quality prompts for different tones, and workflow sequencing for service businesses that need dependable turnaround and transparent client communication.

Node 02

AI-Assisted Service Delivery Lab

C$729–C$979

Build repeatable service lanes for consulting, creative, and support engagements. This lab maps intake, discovery, drafting, review, and final delivery steps so you can quote confidently and reduce hidden labour. Team facilitation highlights where automation helps and where human editing protects trust and margin.

Node 03

Packaging Billable AI Outputs for Clients

C$779–C$1,029

Turn raw AI drafts into saleable bundles with clear scope language and practical revision rules. Participants design service tiers, define file formats, and document assumptions to avoid confusion. You leave with examples of statements of work that connect turnaround speed to measurable business value.

Node 04

Profit Pricing for AI-Assisted Projects

C$829–C$1,079

Learn pricing structures for one-off assignments, retainers, and project phases while accounting for model costs, revision windows, and review depth. We compare value-based and time-based quoting under realistic client constraints, then rehearse negotiation language suitable for Canadian professional markets.

Node 05

Speed & Quality for More Billable Hours

C$679–C$929

Develop a cadence that increases throughput without sacrificing polish. The module covers checklist design, peer review loops, and error-catching routines so you can handle a larger workload responsibly. Emphasis stays on sustainable income growth, ethical positioning, and practical quality standards.
